At the end of the report we provide a summary of our recommendations, including necessary repairs, estimated costs, and maintenance suggestions. 

After severe weather events like hail, strong winds, or heavy rain, a roof report is often essential—especially if leaks or damage have occurred. It provides a licensed expert’s assessment of the severity of the damage, giving you clarity on the next steps.

NB: Our roof reports are only suitable for circumstances where the end result will be a metal finish (i.e. Tile to Tin or Tin to Tin).
