A few things to note:
Our roof reports are only suitable for circumstances where the end result will be a metal finish (i.e. Tile to Tin or Tin to Tin).
Roof Reports start at $250 + GST which includes the inspection fee as well as the report itself. This fee is also refundable if we are awarded the repair works.
Each inspection usually takes about an hour. We generally require you to be home during this time to allow access.
Your report will be ready in a few days and will include expert assessments, recommendations, and photos—everything needed for your insurance claim, with no extra work on your end.
